Roots of Health:  Holistic Nutrition & Herbalism

Engaging with nature not only nourishes our body, mind, and spirit but also enhances our overall health in regenerative ways. Plants have a unique way of communicating with us, providing healing and energetic benefits that offer a sense of connection and wisdom. Through our natural affinity for plant medicine, which has been utilized for thousands of years, we can achieve balance and well-being.

This program  offers three levels of study aimed at educating individuals to become holistic practitioners.

- Level one covers foundational concepts such as nutrition, herbalism, Ayurveda, medical astrology, and an in-depth examination of four body systems.
- Level two expands on this knowledge by delving into the remaining eight body systems. These levels establish a solid understanding of herbal medicine and nutrition, equipping participants with the necessary information to promote optimal health within their communities. Participants will also have the opportunity to observe online or in-person student clinics during these levels.
- Level three concentrates on developing clinical and assessment skills, including practical case studies. Participants will have the chance to engage in online or in-person student clinics, gaining hands-on experience in a clinical setting
